I have been representing people like yourself in North Carolina’s criminal and traffic courts since 1997, and I would like to assist you in handling your traffic matter.

There are important things to consider in every traffic case. Did you know that a conviction for speeding 81 mph in a 70 mph zone will revoke your license? Few people do. Depending upon severity, a conviction for a moving violation can suspend your license and drastically increase what you currently pay for insurance. If not handled properly, a traffic ticket could increase your premiums by 25% on the low end, and by 400% in the most severe cases. These increases remain in effect for three years.
